To the Citizens of Federal Way, Des Moines, and the area
of unincorporated King County that we serve:

I personally wish to thank the entire community that
South King Fire & Rescue serves for their ongoing
support during our 2007 Lid Lift election. The citizens
residing within the City of Federal Way, the City of Des
Moines, and those within the area of unincorporated King
County that we serve once again have supported our fire
and emergency service efforts by overwhelmingly
supporting our lid lift ballot measure. We are once again
very humbled by the incredible support we received in
the primary election. That support equates to
maintaining our tax levy so that we can continue to fund
our emergency operations at the level that you have
come to expect, and more importantly deserve. So, once
again, thank you for your support for the seventh year in
a row. We pledge to continue to be there when you need
us, and we thank you for being there when we needed
you!
