If you are a senior, chances are you are quite worried about crime. But the truth is all people are generally at the same risk of being victimized, the key is preparation. To assist you in making yourself safe, the Des Moines Police Department will be holding monthly safety seminars at the Des Moines Activity Center. Everyone needs to take precautions no matter who they are, what they are doing or what limitations they may face.
