All rides are on a first come basis. There is no application to fill out - just sign up for service by phone. We provide rides to medical appointments, grocery shopping, banking, trips to the Activity Center, and other local errands…anywhere people need to go within our service area. The service area extends from 140th S in Burien to 348th S in Federal Way and East to I-5. The Senior Shuttle operates Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. It is wheelchair-lift equipped. There is no charge for the service; however with rising fuel prices, donations are appreciated. |
A classroom-only safe driving course. You must attend the full day to receive a certificate, which may entitle you to a discount on your auto insurance. A sack lunch is recommended! Instructor: Leonard Bisconner Location: Activity Center, 2045 S. 216th St (DMAC) Cost: Must bring your AARP Membership Card to class. $12 with current AARP card $14 without current card.
